Policies

Registration & payment: Complete the online registration form and select the workshop(s) you'd like your child to attend.

Payment: After I receive your registration, I'll email you within 24 hours to confirm availability and send your total along with Venmo payment instructions.

• Your child's spot is reserved once payment has been received.

Cancellation/refund policy: Cancellations made 3 or more days before a workshop will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 2 days of a workshop will receive a studio credit that can be used toward a future workshop.

CAT Studio Cancellation: If I need to cancel a workshop due to illness, severe weather, or another unexpected circumstance, you'll be offered the choice of: 

1. A full refund 

2. A credit toward a future workshop

Transportation: Please arrive about 5 minutes before class begins so your child has time to get settled.

• Prompt pick-up is appreciated so I can prepare for the next class or workshop.

Medical Information: If a workshop includes food or edible materials, those details will be included in the workshop description.

• Please list any allergies or medical information during registration.

Photo permission: I occasionally take photos of artwork or students creating for use on the CAT Studio website and social media. (Parents may opt out during registration)

Before You Register:

• What should my child wear? Please have your child wear clothes that can get a little messy.

• Do you provide supplies? All supplies are included unless otherwise noted. Water bottles are welcome!

• Can siblings attend together? Yes - please fill out one registration form per child.

• Can parents stay? CAT Studio has limited space for guests, but if you are unsure of your child’s comfort level in attending a workshop independently, please reach out ahead of time to discuss arrangements (hello@catstudio.art)
